		<description>I&#039;ve been taking the yoga classes at the Golds in Fairfax...and they have this AMAZING hip stretch...see if your gym here in Tysons offers yoga and just pray at the end or excuse yourself early from class when they have that weird stuff at the end. Its stretchs you out pretty well :-)</description>
